When purchasing or selling a home people seek agents who have a sincere interest in helping them. Throughout my professional career my strength has been in building relationships that endure long after a transaction is completed. My commitment to you is to become your friend, advocate and resource forever. Moving to a new community can become overwhelming, especially for newcomers to Arizona. Communities today offer lots of amenities to attract new buyers. Many have HOA’s with standards to ensure a vibrant community. I can guide you through this maze so that you will feel comfortable with your decisions. For sellers it is equally important to know how to best present your home to potential buyers. Proper staging of your home is critical, but so is being aware of maintenance items that need to be addressed. As a former AZ home inspector, I can identify these issues before potential buyers see them. Having inspected over 2,000 homes across the valley provides me with a unique perspective of a house’s physical and technical condition. Buyers and seller look at the aesthetics of a home, I look at the issues that they should consider. We moved to Arizona in 2005 from Wisconsin where I retired from a large pharmaceutical company as a healthcare consultant. I managed a large group of nurses, pharmacists, laboratory and logistics professionals that helped hospitals around the world improve patient outcomes. It was a rewarding career that exposed me to healthcare and social issues in many third world countries. I still keep in touch with the many friends I have around the world, as I will with you.
